For high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions with a flair, come into Orangetheory Fitness in Suwanee, Georgia. Whether you are new to fitness or already love to work out, Orangetheory is perfect for every level of fitness. That’s because workout intensity is based upon your own heart rate!
During each Orangetheory session, you'll complete intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowing, weight room/resistance training blocks, and floor exercises. The average gym member burns anywhere between 500-1,000 calories per session!
During your workout, you will be wearing a heart rate monitor which is used to measure how well you are performing. Our workout has been designed to keep your heart rate within a certain targeted zone, and the monitor helps to keep you accountable. When you are able to keep your rate within the zone, your metabolism is stimulated and your energy increases—resulting in what we like to call the “Orange Effect.” When you feel the Orange Effect, you’ll enjoy the additional energy and burn extra calories for 24-36 hours following your session!
Orangetheory personal gym trainers are dedicated to helping you meet your individual goals. If you have a weight loss-based goal and would like to lose a few pounds and tone up, or if you have a fitness-based goal and would like to increase your speed, or to build your power and strength, Orangetheory is a wonderful environment to encourage you as you work to achieve your goals.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
